Return policy

CREACIONES Y DISEÑO MITJANS SL wants to offer you the best service. Therefore, you can return any product purchased with home delivery service by contacting us via email at info@cdmitjans.com. The buyer has 15 calendar days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. Without questions or objections, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we promise to refund the amount of it in one of these ways:

1. Replacement of the product or refund of the full amount (discounting administrative or other expenses generated as a result of its return).
2. You can choose to exchange the product for an identical one in perfect condition if the original is defective or for any other product found at https://shop.cdmitjans.com/. CREACIONES Y DISEÑO MITJANS SL is responsible for all expenses incurred for these purposes whenever the return is due to a shipping error, or the item arrives defective.
3. If the shipment was made correctly on our part and the return is due to the customer's personal reasons, the collection of the product will be the customer's responsibility. If the customer chooses to refund the amount paid for personal reasons, this will be done minus the shipping costs incurred in such case.
4. The return will be effective within 6 days after the customer requests a return.
5. The refund of the amount will be made by the means that the customer used to pay for the order (credit/debit card, bank transfer).
